Since on the other site we had such a huge problem with plagiarism that there's been an announcement and it STILL hasn't completely stopped, we should probably have one here and now to stop it from happening like that. But since plagiarism is against the law (or at least I'm pretty sure it is), it shouldn't be taken lightly.

Right. And the punishment needs to be something like a warning first, and then an immediate one-month ban. And after that, a permanent ban.

At least, that's how it works to another place I go to, and it works well.
